Small Group Training

Let’s face it, not everyone likes to exercise alone. Even working with a trainer is not enough for some people. You would rather be with a friend, challenging each other, pushing each other, telling inside jokes between sets. Does this sound like you? If so, you are the perfect candidate for our small group personal training sessions. Exercise with one or two of your friends, sharing a personal trainer. Lots of fun and always effective.
